Ordered a dozen of chocolate covered…

Ordered a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries the 1st order wasn't delivered the 2nd order had molded strawberries in it the box wasn't secured properly anybody could have opened it and lick or spit on berries,tried to get a refund the 1st customer service rep lied about sending it the 2nd one only offered half of my money back so I ended up losing money for that mess...stay away from this scam

Took my money. I got nothing. They won't make it right!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ordered a cake for my elderly mother's birthday. They delivered my order to the wrong person who actually called them to let them know & then called me. I called 1-800 Flowers several times & got multiple excuses/lies. They insisted it was properly delivered or I gave them the wrong address. No refund or replacement. Never ever again. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Worst customer service ever!

Complete trash company

The local florist refused to deliver the two standing sprays after ordering a month in advance and checking on the status a week prior as well as the morning of. We didn't find out until the order was simply not delivered and called 1800flowers. The most embarrassing experience of my life and the family was further devastated on top of the loss of their loved one.

Didn’t Deliver

Said they delivered flowers but didn’t deliver the flowers for mom’s birthday. Refused to tell me the identity of the local shop that supposedly delivered the flowers. Seems like a scam.

Disappointing Service

I have read various reviewers that preface their comment with " This does not even deserve one star."
That is what I have to say about this company's review. I have used their service twice during two of the most difficult times of my life in burying two of my family members. They failed to deliver the flower spray for their caskets on both occasions. This last burial was my daughter. This company really needs to get it together!!! These are life changing moments in individual's and families lives where they can display their value and honor to someone's loved one. In stead their service is sloppy and careless. I will be utilizing a different service in the future. Their service is Crappy and is of low quality when it comes to honoring a person's loved one.

Overcharged me

Overcharged me; trying to get a refund was ridiculous..dealing w/ Asians on the phone who read from script, don't understand English nor care abt you. They'll tell you the refunded the $$ but never did & upon my asking for a conf#, she refused to provide it. She said she sent an email to confirm the refund but I didn't get one! Horrible company; asked to speak to a Mgr & was refused & placed on hold for long time instead!

Don't plan on any order arriving on time

3 strikes and they're out! Doesn't matter if you order 2 weeks, 1 week or 1 day in advance, your order won't arrive on time. So far, they've missed Valentine's Day (but glad to deliver on the 15th), Mother's Day (again, can deliver on Monday), and now, my wife's birthday (we will deliver tomorrow). I will never order from them again. Today, they called me at 4:00pm to tell me that the delivery driver had already left the delivery area, so they would deliver tomorrow. Such terrible service.

We ordered flowers for my hospitalized…

We ordered flowers for my hospitalized sisters birthday.
The flowers were not delivered on her birthday as ordered and when they did arrive the flowers were unacceptable. The customer service person was very apologetic and a new arrangement was sent. There was difficulty because of covid and the hospital restrictions but the local florists should have been up on this.

They suck ordered day before for next…

They suck ordered day before for next day delivery. Doesn't show then a get a msg late in the day says they attempted delivery. That's a lie we have a fulltime staff at the front desk and know one ever came. This was for a death in the family would never use them again.
